Hillsborough County intends to recommend the award of a noncompetitive procurement to Natal Creative Studio, Inc. for a three (3) year period at a total cost of $188,928.00, for ongoing and as-needed multimedia information architect services, including the development of training initiatives, publications, multimedia content, and web-based resources, which support the 13th Judicial Circuit Courts unique initiatives and communication needs. This procurement is being made in accordance with Section 3-208(30) of the County’s Procurement Policy as Natal Creative Studio, Inc. possesses over 10 years of direct service to the agency and a deep understanding of historical and existing court policies, procedures, and judiciary-specific protocols. This specialized knowledge ensures that the services provided are uniquely tailored to meet the operational and communication needs of the judiciary, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness, and to not disrupt court operations. The County reserves the right to extend the time period further, adjust the scope of services in response to changing conditions and updated requirements, and increase the resulting award accordingly.
