All joints shall be continuously MIG welded with materials and craftsmanship that meet industrial standards. Welds will be heavy duty at the points the cage attaches to the slide rails. The unit's frame, roof supports, and door support frames shall be constructed of 6061 T6,1” x 1” x 0.125” aluminum square tubing. Must have steel sub frame in the front (driver to passenger) measuring 57" long. Welding needs to encompass the entire piece (heavy duty). Steel sub frame will be predrilled for easy mounting to the specified truck chassis.
