Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. WSU is seeking to enter into an agreement with Guild to partner with companies, including Fortune 1000 companies, that provide educational benefits. Weber State will then provide education to employees of those companies that seek educational benefits. Rather than a flat fee for its service, Guild will provide its services and network in exchange for a bundled service fee that is levied based on assessed tuition. "Assessed Tuition" is the gross tuition amount (net of any discounts) invoiced by Leaming Provider for a Sponsored Student, inclusive of any tuition offset by scholarships, financial aid or other financial supports.
