1. Contractor must have technicians available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, three hundred sixty-five days a year and provide after hours contact information for emergencies. 2. Contractor is required to have an emergency maximum response time of two (2) hours. 3. Contractor shall provide qualified technicians to perform various duties as directed by building maintenance representatives. Contractor shall obtain approval from building maintenance representative for service requiring a helper or more than one technician. 4. Technicians shall contact a building maintenance representative upon arrival at job site. Actual travel time to and from the job work location is not reimbursable under the contract. Technicians shall ensure that the authorized City representative logs the start and completion times on the service ticket for services performed. 5. All work required to correct any problems diagnosed by the contractor shall be approved by the building maintenance representative prior to work being performed. Contractor shall work until each job is completed, and when necessary, respond to multiple requests for services at the same time.
