The City intends to hire a Firm to design and build a new disc golf course in the Sycamore neighborhood to enhance recreational opportunities for residents and visitors. The proposed disc golf course will be designed to cater to all skill levels, from beginners to experienced players, and will feature a layout that is challenging yet enjoyable. The course will be designed with safety, environmental sustainability, and minimal impact on the surrounding natural habitat in mind. The proposed location of the disc golf course is approximately 21 acres and is located at the Sycamore Ridge Park, located at 7401 W 7800 S, West Jordan, Utah 84081. The designbuild team (Firm) shall work under a single contract from the beginning of the project to ensure unity and collaboration throughout the design-build project.
