Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Pursuant to UTAH CODE ANN. §63G-6a-802, public notice is hereby given that South Valley Water Reclamation Facility (“SVWRF”) intends to conduct a sole source procurement for the purchase of protection system relays, transformer protection relays, and appurtenant control equipment for 12.47kV and 4.16kV switchgear along with installation and commissioning services necessary for proper operation of the equipment. The SVWRF intends to issue a purchase order without competition in order to utilize existing relay control panel construction and cabinetry along with wiring and space constraints which minimize the cost of relay protection equipment replacement.
