Sandy City is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to facilitate/manage food truck nights. The awarded vendor will facilitate arranging food trucks to be at the Sandy Amphitheater Park 6very Monday night from April to October. The selected vendor will be responsible for offering a variety of food options to park visitors during this timeframe. The selected vendor will be required to provide the following services: • Arrange for 6-8 food trucks every Monday night from 5:00p.m. to dark, starting in April and ending in October (except on select holidays and concert nights at the Amphitheater). • Ensure a diverse menu of food and beverage options to cater to the preferences of park visitors. • Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene in accordance with local health regulations. • Ensure the food trucks have sufficient staff to efficiently manage food preparation, serving, and customer service throughout the event. As well as, that they maintain a clean and organized food truck area throughout the duration of the event. • Coordinate with Sandy City's Event Manager to ensure smooth logistics and compliance with City rules and regulations. • Leave the space clean and ensure all their garbage is removed from the site. Sandy City will provide bathroom facilities and advertising for these nights.
