6.1.1 The prices offered in response to this RFP on Attachment A are to remain constant throughout the contract period and eligible renewal periods. 6.1.2. A Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) must be listed. 6.1.3 Vendor must be able to deliver all materials to the jobsite or desired location. 6.1.4 Vendor must have a minimum of two years' experience in the related field listed in this RFP. 6.1.5 Resolve all order and invoice discrepancies (e.g., shortages, breakages, etc.) within ten (10) working days from notification. 6.1.6 Provide sales representatives, as well as inside customer service personnel, who are knowledgeable of the instruments and responsive to customer needs. 6.1.7 Value added services must be listed in Attachment A. 6.1.8 Vendor must have all the following equipment such as end dump truck, flat bed with barrier walls, bobtail, and detachable low boy trailer. 6.2 END DUMP TRUCK REQUIREMENTS: 6.2.1 Vendor must have a truck capable of hauling aggregates, asphalt, rip rap, dirt, sand, and demo debris. 6.3 FLAT BED WITH BARRIER WALLS REQUIREMENTS: 6.3.1 Vendor must have a flat bed with barrier walls capable of hauling materials such as sod, trees, and pipe. 6.4 BOBTAIL REQUIREMENTS: 6.4.1 Vendor must have a bobtail capable of hauling materials such as aggregates, asphalt, rip rap, dirt, sand, and demo debris. 6.5 BOBTAIL REQUIREMENTS: 6.5.1 Vendor must have a flat bed with barrier walls capable of hauling materials such as sod, trees, and pipe.
