The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to replace the South Hall East entrance doors and install card readers. The project includes demolition, installation, and coordination of access control systems, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and standards. Scope Includes but is Not Limited To: 1. Site Preparation & Demolition: o Clean and prepare thresholds. o Cut out and repour thresholds (minimum 12 inches wide, 3 inches deep) for new door installation. o Dispose of all job debris offsite, adhering to local, state, and federal regulations. o Manage hazardous material protocols if encountered. 2. Door Installation: o Furnish and install door pairs and hardware per drawings, matching the existing vestibule doors. 3.
