Treatment of Structures are to be done using Sentricon Termite Colony Elimination System with Always Active Bait that is immediately available to termites. Stations are to be spaced 8 to 10 feet apart excluding areas where concrete or asphalt must be cored. Cores must be installed no more than 20 feet apart in concrete or asphalt that exceeds label standards. Treatment must include annual maintenance of termite bait stations and replacement of any damaged stations or bait tubes as needed, with each station and bait tube scanned and a detailed digital report provided, each inspection, that details all termite activity in bait stations or on structure. Annual inspections must be performed on the exterior and interior of each structure and any active termites treated according to Sentricon Termite Colony Elimination treatment standards
