OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE: Install new shower door, cover shower wall with epoxy. SUPPLIES AND/OR SERVICES REQUIRED: Remove/dispose of existing shower door. Repair/replace door frame based on condition. Wall opening for the jamb is 48 inches wide by 88 inches tall. Install new shower door. Current door size is 43.75 inches wide by 83 inches tall. It is of steel construction and will require a door similar in design. Door shall have 15 inches wide by 5 inches tall window opening with expanded metal installed. Door shall have a food port approximately 15 inches wide by 5 inches tall. Food port shall have a sliding door that can be secured. Door will need to accommodate an institutional locking mechanism. Remove/dispose of all remaining shower tiles on floor and wall. Cover floor and walls with waterproof epoxy. Color shall be off white or other light neutral color. Floor shall be textured with a anti-slip material applied. For procurements conducted in BidBuy, the State may include in the contract the BidBuy Purchase Order as it contains the agreed Supplies and/or Services.
