The sole purpose and intent of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to secure firm, fixed pricing and establish a term contract for pest and rodent control services for client homes for Palm Beach County Pest Control (Enhanced Initiation) Enhanced initial pest control services assists in ridding the environment of insects and other potential carriers of disease and enhances the safety, sanitation and cleanliness for recipients. Initiation covers start-up cost. This service is beyond the scope of pest control initiation due to the greater effort required. A service of enhanced initial treatment may consist of more than one application. Pest Control (Initiation) Initial pest control services assists in ridding the environment of insects and other potential carriers of disease and enhances the safety, sanitation and cleanliness for recipients. Initiation covers start-up cost. A service of initial treatment may consist in more than one application. Pest Control (Maintenance) Pest control maintenance services assists in ridding and maintaining the environment free of insects and other potential carriers of disease and enhances the safety, sanitation and cleanliness for recipients. A service of maintenance may consist of a maximum of one application per month. Rodent Control Rodent control services assists in ridding the environment of rodents and other potential carriers of disease and enhances the safety, sanitation and cleanliness for recipients. Rodent control service consists of trapping, baiting, or other treatments or applications that result in the elimination of rodent(s). Rat poison is prohibited. A service of rodent control may require more than one treatment. COUNTY’S RESPONSIBILITIES The County shall: 1. Order on an as needed basis 2. Provide access to the delivery location. 3. NOT accept any minimum order requirements.
