Proposals are being accepted by the City of Logan Redevelopment Agency for the sale of commercial property owned by the City of Logan and located in the heart of historic downtown Logan. Located at 48 North 100 West, the 0.16-acre land parcel (#06-026-0008) is improved with a retail structure built in 1943 that includes 5,454 square feet of ground level space, in addition to a 420 square-foot basement. The building, currently leased to Jump The Moon Art Studio & Gallery through April 2, 2025, shares its east wall with the property at 46 North 100 West, which belongs to the owners of the adjacent Anderson’s Seed & Garden retail store. In addition, Anderson’s Seed & Garden subleases about 30% of the space leased to Jump The Moon, specifically the easternmost portion. Two City-owned parking lots serve the building; one a large, 235-stall lot that lies immediately to the north of the building and the other a small, 13-stall lot located immediately to the south.
