The University of Louisville seeks to establish a price contract for Local Moving and Storage of Office and Laboratory Equipment and related services including Equipment Installation, Off-site storage (excluding document storage) and Delivery Services. Local moves shall be charged on a time and material basis with estimates provided and guaranteed pricing if requested. Pricing estimates shall include all costs associated with the move including but not limited to: vehicle, equipment, labor (defined in crew sizes or per man), materials, travel, packing etc. Charges for travel time shall only be allowable for travel to move site only. Return travel charges will not be allowed. Equipment installation and related services shall be charged on a time and material basis to include inspection, installation, deinstallation, relocation and space utilization for office / lab and light industrial. Pricing and rates to be provided on the attached spreadsheet / Attachment A. Additional services to be included: Pick Up and Delivery of miscellaneous items for office / lab and light industrial to and from all campus locations and local area businesses. Pricing and rates to be provided on attached spreadsheet / addendum-1. Off-site storage for office / lab and light industrial equipment with pricing and rates to be provided on the attached spreadsheet / addendum-1.
