1. Serve as an evaluator for initial inspections or anesthesia evaluations or re-evaluations authorized by Alabama Code (1975), §34-9-60 et seq., §34-9-80 et seq. 2. Interacting and communicating with licensees who may apply for the issuance of any anesthesia permits. 3. Must currently hold and must have held for the preceding five consecutive years, the applicable anesthesia permit (general anesthesia or parenteral sedation). 4. Must not have had any anesthesia-related adverse occurrences for which the licensee was personally at fault within the preceding five years. 5. Must hold, in the judgment of the Chairman of the Anesthesia Committee, the knowledge, experience, and sound judgment necessary to make decisions to protect public safety. 6. Such other duties as the Board or the Anesthesia Committee Chairman may determine.
