• Contractor shall Demo up to 200 Ft of hard rectangle duct work • Contractor shall dispose of all items demoed • Contractor shall be liable for any damage caused during Demo and install • Contractor shall be responsible for all ceiling tile demo, replacement, & modifications. • Contractor shall be responsible for installing new duct hangers as needed. • Contractor shall install up to 200 ft of new rectangle duct work insulated on the exterior with at least R5 insulation or current commercial standards, to provide proper sealed connections as needed, and all connections shall be airtight and free from leaks. • Connections shall be sealed with proper sealant/mastic used to current construction standards. • New ceiling diffusers shall be installed with new flex connections tied into new hard duct work. • Contractor shall verify proper CFM ratings after completion and ensure air flow in all adjacent areas is adequate to current standards. • Contractor shall verify all work during pre-bid to ensure no change orders arise. • Contractor shall cleanup work area, workspaces shall be covered up during demo & installation and work areas shall be free of any debris during/after construction. • Contractor shall coordinate schedule with Owners (Cumberland County) and the owner has the right to phase in sections to accommodate staff offices. • Contractor shall communicate with owners on schedule, timelines, and provide oversite over project.
