The New Hampshire Department of Education (NHED) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to develop tools and facilitate training to encourage English Language Development across content areas. It is anticipated that services will be provided under contracted service arrangements, upon Governor and Council approval through September 30, 2025. The goal of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to create effective tools and training to assist NHED in providing the necessary Technical Assistance for school districts to meet the requirements of Title III, Part A of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), to both provide effective language instruction educational programs and impactful professional learning to staff who serve English Learners.
