This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) includes, but may not be limited to, affordable housing developer partner qualifications related to a potential future Request for Proposals (RFP) for planning, design, development, financing, construction, management, operation and maintenance of deed-restricted affordable housing for the Lake Hill site in Summit County. The Lake Hill site sits between the Dillon Dam Rd. and I-70 and consists of approximately 45 acres. The County estimates that between 436 and 825 deed restricted residential units can be accommodated on the site depending on unit type and design. A childcare center, senior living facility, community center and green spaces are also contemplated for the site. The parcel is owned by Summit County and is located adjacent to the northeast limits of the Town of Frisco, in unincorporated Summit County.
