At a minimum, the Respondent shall provide services to include but are not limited to the services listed below. 1. Annual Inspection and Certification of Five Lifts (See Exhibit A) • 2 Post Lift (Quantity 2) - Brand: Rotary Lift, Model: SP012N7T5, Capacity: 12,000lbs • 4 Post Lift (Quantity 2) - Brand: Globe Lift, Models: GR-25 & 1G-25, Capacity: 25,000lbs, • 4 Post Lift (Quantity 1) - Brand: Challenge Lifts, Capacity: 25,000lbs (Same spec as Globe Lift due to jacking gear replacement) 2. Provide hourly labor rate for lift repairs. A comprehensive quote noting parts and materials will be required at the time of needed service. The Respondent is responsible for the provision of services that include but are not limited to, all material, consumables, installation, testing, labor, equipment, tools, supervision and all other resources and expenses necessary to perform the services as requested in this RFQ.
