The proposed project for the Indian River County Main Library restrooms includes the repair, remodeling and renovation of the existing restrooms facilities (women’s group restroom, male group restroom, individual male and female accessible restrooms and the family accessible restroom) requiring the removal/demolition, toilets and lavatory sinks as well as all fixture hardware and tile floor and wall finish and replacing with new toilets and lavatory sinks and new floor and wall tile finish as well as paint finish. Work also entails the partial reconfiguration of plumbing and electrical system by the relocation of electrical switches, outlets and ceiling lights as needed in conjunction with the new renovated areas. Total area of renovation/remodeling work approx. 3,800 SQ. FT.
