• The Contractor shall paint the Yellow highlighted areas within the diagram below Agreeable Gray (SW 7029) with an eggshell finish with a minimum of two (2) coats. All corner guards shall be painted Agreeable Gray. • The Contractor shall prep and paint four (4) metal doors and frames and three (3) metal frames on the interior of the “ABC” conference room to match the existing color and sheen. • The Contractor shall prep and paint the storefront frame and one (1) door in the lobby to match existing colors and sheen. • The Contractor shall also prep and paint the existing cabinets in the “ABC” conference room SW 7033 – Brainstorm Bronze, or equivalent, in a high gloss finish using cabinet grade paint. All the existing hardware shall be reused. • Paint shall be applied evenly by brush or roller without runs, drips, air bubbles or other defects to all areas being painted. • The Contractor shall paint any hard ceilings within the project area with flat white ceiling paint.
