Arrange for 6-8 food trucks every Monday night from 5:00p.m. to dark, starting in April and ending in October (except on select holidays and concert nights at the Amphitheater). Ensure a diverse menu of food and beverage options to cater to the preferences of park visitors. Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene in accordance with local health regulations. Ensure the food trucks have sufficient staff to efficiently manage food preparation, serving, and customer service throughout the event. As well as, that they maintain a clean and organized food truck area throughout the duration of the event. Coordinate with Sandy City's Event Manager to ensure smooth logistics and compliance with City rules and regulations. Leave the space clean and ensure all their garbage is removed from the site.
