Stakeholder Identification: Working with key stakeholders, including the New Hampshire State Police, DMV, DoIT, and others. Collaboration: Assisting DOS in defining the project scope, contract requirements, business needs, current assessment, gap analysis, and deployment schedule. Technical Design and Customization: Developing a detailed project description, future capabilities, and technical design to improve data quality, credentialing, and roadside enforcement systems. Plan Development: Preparing the Expanded ITD PP/TLD to reflect the current compliance status, planned improvements, and project milestones, including updates to four key areas: 1. Driver Information Sharing. 2. Safety Information Sharing. 3. Smart Roadside Systems/Applications. 4. Expanded Electronic Credentialing. Annual Updates: Providing annual updates to the Expanded ITD PP/TLD for two years following FMCSA approval.
