Scope: This project requires the removal and installation of roofing materials. Proposal must include all required materials to complete all aspects of installation, removal of all demolished unused materials, removal of any and all trash and a final cleanup once work is completed and approved. Landscape, including irrigation, disrupted during this construction must be returned to original condition upon project completion. Minimum of one-year warranty on all workmanship and materials within this project. • Specs 5/8” OSB sheathing, Grace Vycor™ Ice & Water Shield® HT, 7/8 corrugated bare galvalume 24-gauge gr80 az55 full length sheets and C-DOT 45lb specification concrete • Estimated Materials Specified sheathing, ice\water shield, metal roofing concrete and all associated parts to complete final product. (MUST BE VERIFIED BY VENDOR AND SUB-VENDORS) • Submittals All product used for specified project requires submittal and CDPS approval before proceeding with order and/or installation.
