The Department of Business and Professional Regulation (hereinafter referred to as “DBPR” or “Agency”), is issuing an Invitation to Negotiate to establish a ten-year lease for general office space in Broward County, Florida, with the Agency having the option to enter into a subsequent five-year renewal. The Agency intends to lease property within the detailed boundaries provided herein. The Agency is interested in leasing a space that is approximately 15,000 to 20,000 square feet, and meets or exceeds the Agency Specifications, Attachment A. Regarding any space that needs to be constructed for the Agency in accordance with this Invitation to Negotiate, all specifications outlined in Attachment A must be included.
