1) Provide high quality services in accordance with good practices, procedures, and NAID industry standards. 2) Provide one (1) to two (2) mobile shredding vehicle(s) at twelve (12) scheduled shred events, based upon Calvert County Government’s request. a. The equipment affidavit listing vehicle information shall be included with submission. 3) Remain onsite to complete shredding services for all paper collected including paper not shredded by the scheduled ending time for each event. 4) Provide another vehicle onsite if the supplied Contractor vehicle fills up or fails during a shred event. If another vehicle cannot arrive during the scheduled shred event hours, provide a vehicle to shred collected paper at a time and location determined by Calvert County Government. 5) Weigh and destroy all paper by shredding and provide a certificate of destruction for each container provided to the Contractor for each event, as requested. 6) Be responsible for the shredding, processing, removal, and recycling of designated paper recyclables at scheduled event locations. 7) Accept all designated collected paper recyclable materials: a. Household Generated: No limits to amount accepted. b. Business Generated: Limited to a maximum of the equivalency of five (5) banker boxes per company. c. Calvert County Government Generated: No limit to amount accepted. 8) Comply with all applicable Federal, State, County, and Local statues, ordinances, and regulations.
