As mentioned, the City of Bowling Green is seeking professional services to re-design the existing Ewing Ford Pump Station to be a workable system once again. The goal of the City is to utilize as much of the existing equipment as possible/feasible. Electric panels and platform were recently upgraded. Condition of existing pumps is unknown. The consultant will be required to perform the following tasks at a minimum: Engineering Services shall include: a. Final design and cost estimate for improvements including: Intake to provide ample water access. Re-Use of as much existing equipment as possible/feasible. List of new equipment required. b. Construction plan drawings, including specifications, permits as needed, as well as bid documents in preparation for bidding. c. Construction inspection services and reporting through project close out.
