Notice is hereby given that the City of Tucson, hereinafter referred to as "COT" is conducting a competitive One-Step Process to retain approximately approximately twelve (12) Firms to provide Landscape architectural services. The City is seeking firms (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”) to provide consultant services in the form of a multi-disciplinary team. The estimated annual budget for this project is eight-hundred fifty thousand dollars ($850,000). Individual projects not to exceed sevenhundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000)however typical projects are under three-hundred thousand dollars ($300,000). Services will be requested on an as-needed, if-needed basis and the resultant contract is neither exclusive nor a commitment by COT that the Consultant's services will be required.
