General Contractor services to construct, install, test, and commission all elements, network, and detection devices for the Integrated Corridor Management (ICM) of the I-710 Freeway (from State Route 60 to State Route 91), to provide the capability to monitor and control connected traffic signals during major congestion-causing events, including upgrading or replacing traffic signal controllers, installing devices, upgrading communication systems and technologies for synchronization of multi-jurisdictional arterials and freeway for the following stakeholders namely, Cities of Bell, Bell Gardens, Commerce, Compton, Cudahy, Long Beach, Lynwood, Maywood, Paramount, South Gate, and Vernon, Los Angeles County of Public Works and Caltrans.
