The District is seeking a proposal for a one-year term, with the option of two (2) one-year renewals, subject to appropriations. The digital online ticket sale platform should at a minimum have following features: 1. Easy setup for both District and ticket purchaser on any mobile device and computer 2. Able to sell ticket for both athletic games and other District events 3. The platform should have an App available to purchase tickets 4. Able to sell tickets based on tier pricing 5. Able to sell tickets based on a seating map feature 6. Able to set up direct deposit into multiple accounts 7. The proposer should be able to provide a ticket reader, if necessary 8. The platform should be able to provide detailed reports, including tiered sales, for review based on event, sport season, school year, etc. when needed. 9. The platform should be able to notify and/or report when funds are being transferred to the District after games or events when tickets were purchased. 10. Able to add web links for ticket sales on the District website.
