NJDOH intends to conduct a proof-of-concept study utilizing the cobots by completing three tasks: A. Automation for Pipetting for Molecular Applications; B. Preparation of Samples by Dispensing Copper Beads; and C. Repetitive Preparation and Handling of Containers and Tubes. The Contractor shall provide one (1) cobot unit with the specifications listed below: D. ISO-certified Cobot with approximately 50mm reach, 5kg payload, 149mm footprint, and 18.4kg weight; The Contractor shall also provide supporting equipment as specified below: E. Customizable infrastructure for Cobot workstation setup; F. Pipetting Robotic Arm Tool (end-effector); G. Gripper capable of moving small beads (end-effector); and H. Gripper capable of moving test tubes/containers (end-effector).
