WORK BY TAB AGENCY A. The work included in the remainder of this section consists of furnishing labor, instruments, and tools required in testing, adjusting and balancing the HVAC systems (and Division 22 domestic water recirculation systems), as described in these specifications or shown on accompanying drawings. Services shall include checking equipment performance, taking the specified measurements, and recording and reporting the results. This work shall be performed by the TAB Agency under direct contract to the owner. The remainder herein is also for the information of the Contractor and all subcontractors. B.
