The Town of Cumberland seeks a qualified firm to complete two distinct tasks: • prepare up to six (6) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) applications for the Housing Rehabilitation Program due by February 28, 2025 • prepare bid documents, review proposals, oversee construction, and complete administrative documentation for up to six (6) properties Task I Task I includes applicant income verification review and notification to applicants. After incomeverification, it is possible that not all (6) applicants will be eligible for the program. Prior to contract award to the selected consultant, the Town will inform all six (6) potential applicants to gather the required information. Task II Task II is the preparation of up to six (6) grant applications for the individual properties on the waiting list. The application is included in Appendix C.
