The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from vendors to provide brokerage services for Mecklenburg County’s Total Rewards programs, including ancillary insurance programs, wellness offerings, and deferred compensation plans. Mecklenburg County desires a qualified vendor with demonstrated experience. The vendor must be reputable with established benefit consultation experience to organizations similar in size and have the capability to offer other services including but not limited to the following: - Strategic Planning and Benchmarking - Financial Analysis and Management - Data Analytics and Actuarial Services - Compliance and Regulatory Services - Account Management and General Brokerage - Marketing and Communications - Vendor Assessment and Management - Compensation Consulting (priced separately, option to quote)
