Contractor must provide ample personnel to complete general cleaning during the hours of 3:00 pm until 8:00 PM on Tuesdays and Fridays, except State Holidays (Unless the holiday occurs during State Emergency Operations Center Activation, then cleaning will occur). Please note that all activities, which are disruptive to normal work functions such as vacuuming, shall be performed between 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Contractor must provide a 24/7 phone number in the event of an activation of the State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) and/or Joint Operations Centers (JOC) during an emergency. Upon such an emergency call, at least TWO janitorial staff must be available to perform duties described in the Scope of Work provided in this contract 7 days a week until the activation has ended, or services are no longer needed for 7 days a week.
