Cherry Hill Township Zoning Board desires to appoint an attorney consistent with the provision of the Municipal Land Use Law, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., whose responsibilities will be to represent the Zoning Board at all of their respective regular and special meetings and work sessions, conduct legal research and render legal opinions, represent the Board in any litigation and assist the Board in any other manner necessary for the calendar year 2025. Bidders should demonstrate knowledge of the Municipal Land Use Law, zoning, preparation of resolutions, redevelopment law and other matters pertinent to the Zoning Board. Any experience or knowledge of matter that directly affect Cherry Hill Township should be addressed. Bidders may be an individual or a firm.
