Cherry Hill Township desires to appoint an Affordable Housing Attorney Pool whose responsibilities, under the direction of the Township Municipal Attorney, will be to represent the Township on all matters related to affordable housing, conduct legal research analyses and interpret all new regulations and obligations imposed upon the Township under law and represent the Township in any related litigation and/or other matter necessary for the calendar year 2025. Bidders should demonstrate superior knowledge of New Jersey Affordable Housing laws, regulations, and precedents, including but not limited to, the New Jersey Fair Housing Act, as amended, applicable New Jersey Department of Community Affairs rules, regulations, and reports, and the Uniform Housing Affordability Controls. Any experience or knowledge of matters that directly affect Cherry Hill Township should be addressed. Bidders may be an individual or a firm.
