Responsibilities and Tasks are provided in Attachment P. 2.3.1 Contractor-Supplied Hardware, Software, and Materials A. The Contractor is responsible for the acquisition and operation of all hardware, software and network support related to the services being provided, and shall keep all software current. 2.3.2 Required Project Policies, Guidelines and Methodologies The Contractor shall be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, standards and guidelines affecting Information Technology projects, which may be created or changed periodically. Offeror is required to review all applicable links provided below and state compliance in its response. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure adherence and to remain abreast of new or revised laws, regulations, policies, standards and guidelines affecting project execution.
