The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (Enterprise Services) is conducting a competitive procurement to award Cooperative Purchasing Agreements by geographic regions in Washington (Olympic, Northwest, Southwest, South Central, North Central, Eastern) or Oregon statewide for eligible purchasers to acquire contracted services. Through the Cooperative Purchasing Agreements established by this solicitation, Washington state agencies and other eligible purchasers may obtain contracted Professional Investigator Services and Digital Forensics Investigator Services. These services are provided by third-party investigators and conduct impartial workplace investigations and use digital forensics of Purchaser employees.
