Location 1: Congress Street at India Street 1. Removal of Signal Cabinet, signal structures and other signal equipment Location 2: Preble Street Extension at Baxter Boulevard 1. Replacement of existing TS1 cabinet with ATC cabinet to be salvaged and reconfigured from Congress Street at India Street. 2. Replacement of existing induction loop detection with City provided Miovision-based detection solution. 3. Provide connection to City traffic signal communication system. 4. Replacement of existing signal heads and implementation of Flashing Yellow Arrow indications. 5. Rewire intersection with new signal cable. 6. Replace all pedestrian pushbuttons with City provided APS Pushbuttons at all crossing locations. Location 3: Stevens Avenue at Pleasant Avenue 1. Removal of all existing signal equipment. 2. Complete new signal system including City provided ATC Cabinet, Miovision Detection System, pedestrian signal equipment and connection to City traffic signal communication system. Location 4: State Street at Congress Street & Pine Street 1. Removal and salvage all existing RRFB equipment and delivery of this equipment to District Road. 2. Configure and Install City provided ATC Cabinet. 3. New signalized pedestrian crossing of State Street and Pine Street integrated into signal system of State Street at Congress Street. Location 5: Forest Avenue at Woodford Street, Ocean Street and Revere Street (Woodford’s Corner) 1. Replacement of existing video stop bar detection with City provided Miovision-based detection solution. Location 6: Franklin Street at Congress Street 1. Replace all pedestrian pushbuttons with APS Pushbuttons at all crossing locations. Location 7: Franklin Street at Cumberland Avenue 1. Replace all pedestrian pushbuttons with APS Pushbuttons at all crossing locations.
