1. Contractor shall provide monthly maintenance treatment services for pest control (including but not limited to: ants, roaches, silverfish, rats, mice, ladybugs, gnats, flies, wasps, and stinkbugs) 2. Contractor shall provide all materials and labor required to perform pest management for Rockingham County buildings described in Exhibit A. 3. Contractor shall provide monthly sign-off sheets for all locations. 4. Contractor shall arrange a schedule to perform services that will not interfere with County operations. 5. All chemicals used for treatment shall be EPA-approved. 6. Contractor shall provide Materials Safety Data Sheets to safety officer Chris Elliott celliott@rockinghamcountync.gov 7. Contractor shall notify the County of any findings (sanitation or building maintenance items) that may contribute to a pest infestation. 8. Rockingham County reserves the right to add or delete buildings from the Pest Control contract at any time and adjust the contract rate by negotiation with the contractor. 9. Contractor shall be in complete compliance with OSHA requirements and regulations. 10. Contactor must respond to emergency calls and/or emails within 24 hours of contact (excluding the weekends and holidays)
