Parking lot re-striping Work scope-Re-strip current parking lots, front and back as current laid out • Unit price must equal total costs. • Unit price must include all charges, Inclusive of: trip charges, mileage, supplies, labor, fees, permit fees (if applicable), all tools and equipment necessary to complete the work as per specification. • All quotes are valid for 30 days. • Re-stripe service shall be performed and completed by December 13, 2024 • Work must be performed during regular work hours, M-F, 8:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. No night or weekend work is required. • Supplier shall coordinate service date with county office through POC. DHR needs advance notice to move auto mobiles. • After completion of service supplier shall remove any supplies, and debris from the building/property and leave clean area. Billing: Invoice paid 30 days in arrears after completion of service. No invoice will be accepted prior to completion of service.
