Description: The City of Saint Peter is seeking proposals for qualified interested parties to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services for the rehabilitation of a Wastewater Treatment Facility. The rehabilitation will consist of replacing and improving blower equipment and blower system, improving odor control and air handling system, related electrical and mechanical work, as well as one of three biosolids improvement options: Option 1: Remove existing biosolids process equipment and replace with new RDP biosolids process system. Option 2: Remove existing biosolids process equipment and upgrade with a new “alternative Lime Pasteurization” biosolids process system. Option 3: Remove existing biosolids process equipment and upgrade with a new heat drying process system. Together with numerous related items of work. Additional Description: The City of Saint Peter plans to retain a CMAR firm to facilitate the cost evaluation, constructability, scheduling, and sequencing of work for the efficient use and proper allocation of available funds.
