It is the desire of CSD to engage the services of Roofing Firm to perform Roofing Repairs/Replacement services. It is the desire of CSD to work with the selected Roofing Firm to develop a specific plan of action to achieve the necessary improvements while minimizing the impact on the operating facilities. Therefore, CSD is seeking Offerors based on their experience, qualifications, and proposals. Scope of Services include, but is not limited to: ▪ Site analysis and Mobilization Plan ▪ Management and execution of a Safety Plan ▪ Prepare project schedule and monthly updates ▪ Provide necessary Insurance COI’s ▪ Provide 100% Performance and Payment Bonds prior to Construction ▪ Suggest value engineering alternatives and incorporate same into plan once approved ▪ Management and execution of all required permits ▪ Management and execution of the Procurement Phase ▪ Management and execution of all Construction Phase activities ▪ Management and execution of the Post Construction Phase ▪ Execute fully the requirements and intent of the RFP
