The selected Contractor will only be responsible for providing general building maintenance and repair services for Westfield Towers, Kennedy Towers, and Mickle Towers. • The contractor shall supply qualified labor, equipment, and tools to perform the services. The contractor shall provide a comprehensive range of routine building maintenance services, including but not limited to: a) General Carpentry b) Basic Plumbing c) Basic Electrical Problems d) Unit inspection/repair in preparation for new tenant e) Hauling/disposing of materials f) Interior/exterior painting g) Fence building and repair h) Roof patching and repair • The Contractor shall receive daily work orders from the Authority, detailing the tasks to be performed, the property address, the time the work order was received, and the name and contact information of the tenant. • Access to the property and residential units will be coordinated with the tenant.
