A. The Contractor must: 1. Wet mop all hard surface flooring daily, including additional wet mopping of hard surface flooring as needed or at the direction of the Department. 2. Empty all trash cans/waste paper containers daily and replace soiled liners as needed. a. The Contractor must not empty paper recycle containers. 3. Clean, and disinfect drinking fountains, handrails and crash bars daily. 4. Check walls and doors for visible dirt and spot wash as needed. 5. Wipe down and sanitize the tables in therapy rooms daily. 6. Buff all floors with buffer machine (provided by the Contractor) every other week. Bedrooms A. The PACC facility has sixteen (16) resident bedrooms. The Contractor must not enter any occupied bedroom.
