The project involves the complete electrical installation for a 60x80 bolt-up metal building with a 16' awning on one side. Power will be extended from an existing meter located 150 linear feet northwest of the building to a new 200-amp main panel, which will distribute electricity throughout the building. A 100-120 amp subpanel will be installed in the office area to manage office-specific loads, including outlets, lighting, and HVAC requirements. Electrical infrastructure will include the installation of 38 4x2 industrial LED lights for the warehouse, wall-mounted fixtures as shown on the drawings, and weatherproof outlets for exterior use. Standard 120V outlets will be placed throughout the interior per layout specifications, along with 240V outlets for warehouse equipment and a dedicated outlet for a refrigerator. The electrical system will be prepared for two 2-ton mini-split A/C units, including dedicated circuits and disconnect switches, and wiring will be installed for a restroom exhaust fan. All wiring will be installed using Electrical Metal Tubing (EMT) for durability and compliance with applicable NEC and local codes. Testing and inspection will be conducted to ensure safety and compliance, and all work will be completed according to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
