Contractor shall provide one-to-one online tutoring services to currently enrolled University of Hawaii Community College students. Tutorial Services shall consist of live, asynchronous and online writing lab services provided via Contractor’s website, including but is not limited to the following features/services: 1. Access to tutors and services; 2. Account management by an assigned customer service representative and marketing assistance; 3. Hosting of all technology; 4. Customer service and technical support for students and faculty by toll-free phone and e-mail; 5. Unlimited access to study resources; 6. Single Sign-On CAS v3.x or similar standard, to establish the single sign on and provide campus level access and reporting for students using their existing unique MyUH credentials. Should UHCC want to add additional single sign-on access through our Learning Management System (Laulima) or other common learning platforms used in the higher education industry, the contractor shall be able to support additional single sign-on standards including Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI), SAML, etc.; 7. Log-in box on client’s Web site; 8. Usage Reporting; 9. Tutoring support, as well as student success, employability and career services on-line module; 10. Scheduled tutor option to accommodate student preferences regarding tutor selection; 11. Early alert communication and reporting to system administrators through emailed alerts; and 12. Scheduling tools for the campus administrators, tutoring professionals, peer tutor, academic advisors and coaches to schedule their own online learner engagements, should this option be of interest to campuses
