Provide third party attestations or certifications to their information security practices. Offerors must demonstrate they have been in business providing same services for at least the last five (5) years. Backed up data must be stored in United States jurisdictions. Authorized Users of any proposed cloud service must be identified by a User ID and Password combination as well as multifactor authentication (MFA), via the use of email, or via text. The system must have the capability to interface with Oracle Cloud Grants and Projects to ensure a seamless integration at the time of award. Requires a verifiable signature or originator, preferably DocuSign or Adobe Signature. System availability at least 95% (looking at how often system not available within last 12 months). ADA compliant software. Selected firm will provide end-to-end grant management software services in a collaborative environment to meet the objectives of Metro. The software should be interactive, user-friendly, and meet Metro's IT security requirements. Offeror will gather the requirements, analyze, design, develop, implement, test, and integrate, and support and maintain the software according to the guidelines and schedules stated in the RFP. System should allow for ad hoc reporting to include the ability to group and filter data with multiple exporting options for data (i.e., on screen, Excel, PDF). Should have document/file upload capabilities of at least 75mb. System should be Internet/Cloud based. Available grant database to find and apply for new funding. Support the flexible creation of a calendar of key deadlines for each grant, showing key grants' management steps, documents and deadlines, including reporting deadlines and status, and send reminders and notifications for failure to complete.
