Contractor must provide emergency services twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, 365 days a year within twenty-four (24) hours of notification, and not including the WSF and special events. During the entire WSF the Contractor must provide on call and emergency services and respond to the WSFP within one (1) hour from the time contact was established. The Contractor will be provided with parking for storage of their truck(s) related to Sewer Line Jetting Services and their on-call staff. Contractor must provide emergency contact staff and their telephone number(s). 3.2 Storm Sewer Structure Service 3.2.1 Contractor must remove all debris and sediments for approximately two hundred (200) Storm Sewer Structures at minimum annually at the WSFP. Contractor may be required to clean the Storm Sewer Structures as required throughout the year as requested by the WSFP. 3.2.2 Contractor must provide storm sewers structures cleaning beginning in either June or July 2025 prior to the annual WSF. 3.2.3 Contractor must capture all debris and sediments and transport it to the designated dumping area on the WSFP grounds.
